Our Goals

The overall goal of this program is to permanently end the homelessness of all youth that enter. We currently operate two transition homes with a total of 11 beds in the Kingston area.

Youth in our transition homes pay an affordable inclusive rent for a fully furnished room.

They work with staff to access school, work, or volunteer opportunities and learn valuable life skills such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting to be able to live independently once they have completed the program.
